Will You Help Make a Child's Wish for a Healthy Mind and Body Come True Today?
Star light, star bright,
First star I see tonight...
I wish I may, I wish I might...
Have this wish, I wish tonight.
Now more than ever, children need our help.
There is a humanitarian crisis happening at our border. Migrant children, accompanied and unaccompanied, are arriving in Tijuana experiencing physical exhaustion and multiple traumas from fleeing violence in their hometown and arduous journey.
Children are living in abhorrent conditions
With a backlog to enter the U.S. legally, thousands of children are living crammed in tents without proper sanitation, leading to illnesses from lack of access to clean water, food and bathing facilities.
Trauma-informed mental health support
Many children are experiencing compounded traumas and need access to specialized mental health services.
With limited access to medical services, immediate care is also needed to treat malnutrition, abdominal pain, respiratory issues, severe ear infections and skin lesions.
With your help, children can continue to receive exceptional medical care
Recently, Price Philanthropies awarded the Foundation with an emergency grant to support Hospital Infantil in their efforts to provide children with urgent medical attention; but the need rapidly outpaced the funds available.
